How to create BoldDesk tickets when BoldSign signature requests are declined?

The BoldSign Zapier integration provides a convenient way to automate the process of creating BoldDesk support tickets when signature requests are declined in BoldSign. The pre-configured Zap template is available on the BoldSign Zapier integration page, which can save time and effort by simplifying the setup process for automation.
Follow the steps below to create BoldDesk support tickets when BoldSign signature requests are declined:
- Go to the link Create BoldDesk tickets when new BoldSign signature requests are declined and click the
Try this template
button.
- You will be navigated to the Zap creation page. Add the relevant title for the Zap at the top of the page and follow the prompts to complete the setup process.
- Trigger: Select
BoldSign
as the trigger app andDocument Declined
as the trigger event. - Connect your
BoldSign account
and test the trigger to ensure that the integration is working correctly. Then, clickContinue
to move to the next section.
- Action: Select
BoldDesk
as the action app andCreate Ticket
as the action event. - Connect your BoldDesk account and map the required fields such as Brand, Requester Email ID, Requester Name, and other details based on your needs.
- Test the action to ensure it is working correctly and then turn on the Zap to start automating the process.
- Thus, the BoldDesk support tickets will be created automatically when signature requests are declined in BoldSign.
