How to transfer the account ownership in BoldSign?

In BoldSign, the account owner holds the ability to transfer ownership to any other account administrator. However, this transfer cannot be performed to team admins or team members. Once the transfer process is successfully executed, the new account owner will have full control and authority over all account features and capabilities, granting them the necessary administrative privileges.
Follow the below steps to transfer the account ownership:
- Navigate to the
Users & Teams
menu and click theUsers
option. - You can find a list of users on the Users page. Locate the user to whom you want to transfer the ownership and click the
Context
menu at the right end of their name. - From the menu, select the
Transfer Account Ownership
option.
- A confirmation pop-up will be displayed. Click the
Transfer
button to proceed.
- Now, the account ownership has been successfully transferred to the selected account admin. The new account owner will have full authority over the account.
