How to upload newly signed documents to Dropbox using Zapier?

Leveraging Zapier to automate the upload of signed documents to Dropbox offers numerous advantages, including centralized storage and cloud backup. To streamline this process, you can utilize the pre-configured Zap template provided on the BoldSign Zapier integration page.
Follow the steps below to automatically upload newly signed documents to Dropbox:
- Go to the Upload newly signed BoldSign documents to Dropbox page and on clicking the
Try this templatebutton, you will be redirected to the Zap creation page.
- Provide a relevant title for the Zap at the top of the page.
- By default, the trigger app is set as
BoldSign, and the trigger event isDocument Completed. - Connect your BoldSign account and test the trigger to ensure it is working properly. Then, click the
Continuebutton to proceed to the next section.
- The action app is set as
Dropbox, and the action event isUpload file. Connect your Dropbox account to retrieve the required data. - In the Action column, specify the folder where you want to upload the newly signed documents and fill in any other necessary fields. Then, test the action to confirm its working.
- The recently signed BoldSign document will be uploaded to the specified folder in Dropbox.
- Verify all the details, publish the Zap, and turn it on.
- Thus, hereafter, when a new document is completed in BoldSign, it will automatically be uploaded to Dropbox in the designated folder.
