Can I download a document before everyone has signed it?

Yes, you can download the document from the My Documents page before everyone has signed it. However, please note that if any signatures are pending, a watermark denoting the document’s in-progress state will appear on the downloaded copy. Once all signers have completed their signatures, the final copy of the document without the watermark will be available for download.

Follow the below steps to download a document on the My Documents page:

• Expand the Documents menu on the Dashboard page and select the My Documents option.
• Then, on the My Documents page, click the document you want to download.
• You will be directed to the overview page. Here, click the More actions button at the top-right of the page.
• From the dropdown menu, select the Download document option.

• Now, the document will be downloaded, including the signatures of the signed recipients.

• Additionally, once everyone has completed the signing process, you will receive an email with an attachment that enables you to download the final copy of the document, which includes both the completed document and the Audit Trail document.
