How to import contacts from Xero to BoldSign?

You can import your Xero contacts into BoldSign to streamline your signature workflows. This integration eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures that your contact information is up to date.
Follow the steps below to import contacts from Xero:
- Go to the
Settingsmenu and click theIntegrationoption. - Look for the
Xeroapp on the Integration page and click theConnectbutton. This will redirect you to the Xero login page.
- Enter the valid
Email IDandpasswordand click theLog inbutton.
- The consent screen will appear. Click the
Allow accessbutton on the consent screen and Xero will be connected with BoldSign successfully.
- After a successful connection, all valid existing contacts from Xero are automatically imported into
My Contactspage in BoldSign. - Any contacts that are added, updated, or archived in Xero will be reflected on
BoldSign. - Using the View Details option, you can see the BoldSign user who connected Xero along with the connected Xero tenant name.
- If your BoldSign organization has multiple users, you can easily identify who connected Xero to BoldSign.
- If you no longer wish to sync contacts between Xero and BoldSign, you can disconnect the integration by using the
Disconnectbutton.
