BoldSign provides prompt notifications, allowing you to conveniently track each signer’s progress when you submit a document for signature. With BoldSign, you can stay informed every step of the way. As soon as a signer accesses the document, BoldSign automatically logs their interaction’s precise date and time.

Follow the below steps to check the status of the documents:

  • Expand the Documents menu and click the My Documents option.
  • Now, the list of all your documents will be displayed.
  • Hover over the document on the Status column, and a tooltip with the details of the documents will be displayed.

  • Likewise, check the Last Activity column to determine whether the signer has viewed the document or not.
  • Alternatively, you can click on the document itself to navigate to the overview page, where you can confirm if the recipient has viewed the document by checking the Last Activity field.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you can find the Recipient Details section.
  • In this section, check on the status column to also confirm the viewed document status.
