How to send BoldSign signature requests for new or updated Google Sheets rows?

The BoldSign with Zapier integration can be used to send BoldSign signature requests from new or updated Google Sheets rows automatically. In this case, the trigger app is Google Sheets, and the action app is BoldSign. To simplify the process, a pre-configured template is available on the BoldSign Zapier integration page.
To use this zap, you must set the Google Sheets rows based on your requirement, as shown below.
Follow the below steps to send BoldSign signature requests from a new or updated Google Sheets rows:
- Open the link Send BoldSign signature requests from a new or updated Google Sheets rows and review the Zap details.
- The Zap creation page will open. Provide the title for the Zap at the top of the page and complete the setup process.
- Trigger: By default,
Google Sheets
is set as the trigger app, andNew or updated Spreadsheet Row
is the trigger event. - Connect the Google Sheets account and select the
Spreadsheet
andWorksheet
from which you want to fetch the details. - Test the trigger to ensure its proper functioning and click the
Continue
button to move on to the next section.
- Action: By default, the action app is set as the
BoldSign
, and the action event is theSent Document From Template.
- Connect the BoldSign account and choose the BoldSign template from the drop-down in the
Choose Template
field. According to the template you select, the fields will be displayed one below the other, and click theContinue
button. - Click
True
in the Sandbox Mode field to test the integration without consuming API credits. - Then, test the action to check whether it is working properly or not.
- Once the test is successful, publish the Zap and turn it on.
- Thus, whenever a row is added to the Google Sheets, a document will be automatically sent from BoldSign for the Signature request.
