How to check the document history?

Document history provides a record of changes and revisions made to the document over time. It offers a chronological account of who made the changes, when they were made, and the nature of those changes. In BoldSign, with the Document history feature, users can access historical information related to the document, including Date and Time, IP address, User Activity, and Actions.

Follow the steps below to check the document history:

  • Click on My Documents on the Documents menu.
  • Select any document that you want to view its history, click on that document and you will be taken to the Overview Page.
  • On the overview page, right at the bottom, you will see the Document History feature.
  • Click on the Document History feature and you will be able to see the historical information related to the document.
