Can I collect signatures from multiple individuals on a document?

Yes, in BoldSign, you can easily collect signatures from multiple parties on a single document. This feature is particularly useful in situations where multiple individuals or stakeholders need to sign a document, such as contracts, agreements, or legal documents.
Follow the below steps to get multiple signatures on a document:
- On the Dashboard page, click the
Create New
button and select theCreate New Document
option. - Next, upload the document that requires multiple signatures in the Add Files section.
- Add recipients whom you would like to send the document for signature by providing their names and email addresses.
- Fill in all the required fields and click the
Next
button. You will be navigated to the Configure Fields page. - Drag and drop the signature fields to the desired location in the document. To add a signature field for another signer, select the recipient’s name from the dropdown menu in the Fields section.
- Click
Preview
to verify the details and click theSend
button at the top right corner to send the document out for signature. - Now, all recipients will receive the document for signing.
