How can I change the language for my signers?

BoldSign allows users to choose the preferred language of their signers, ensuring effective communication during the signing process. English is set as the default language. However, you have the option to change the language to align it with the signer’s preferred choice.
The available alternative languages in BoldSign include Spanish, German, French, Romanian, Norwegian, Bulgarian, Italian, Danish, Polish, Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, Russian, and Swedish.
Follow the below steps to change the language for your signers:
- Click the
Create New
and choose theCreate New Document
option. - Upload the document you need to send for signing in the Add file(s) section.
- Add recipients that you would like to send the document for signature by filling in their name and email address.
- Then, click on the language dropdown on the far right of the recipient’s information. A list of available languages will appear.
- Choose the language you want to appear on the signer pages and in emails from the list as shown.
- For multiple signers using the same language, you will have a single option for the document title and message.
- If each signer is assigned to a different language, you must set the title and message for each language individually.
- Fill in all the necessary fields and click the
Next
button. You will be directed to the Configure fields page. - Drag and drop any required fields to the desired location in the document and click the
Send
button in the top right corner. - If the signer’s language is set to French, the email and signer pages will be delivered in French to the signer as shown below.
