How to track changes and actions taken on a document?

In BoldSign, once a document is sent for signing, you can easily monitor its status in the Status column, which automatically updates based on the actions taken on the document. The document status can be viewed on the Dashboard, My Documents page, and Team Documents page.
Dashboard page
- On the dashboard page, you can see widgets for each status, such as Waiting for me, Waiting for others, Needs Attention, Revoked, Declined, and Completed.
- The documents will be displayed under the appropriate widget based on the user’s action.
- You can also check the status of pinned documents on the dashboard page.
My documents page
- Click on
My Documents
from the Documents menu to go to the My Documents page. - A list of documents will be displayed. You can check the document status from the
status
column.
The status of the document can also be viewed from the Overview Page.
- Click on the document to go to the Overview Page.
- On the overview page, you can see the document status in the
status
field. It gives a detailed breakdown of who is responsible for a specific action and the progress of the document.
Team documents page
- Click on the
Team Documents
from the Documents menu to go to the Team Documents page. - On the Team Documents page, you can check the status of documents shared within your team from the
status
column, which provides information on various statuses, including Team member pending, Revoked, Completed, and Waiting for others.
The status of the document can also be viewed from the Overview Page.
- Click on the document to go to the Overview Page.
- On the overview page, you can see the document status in the
status
field.
