Is it possible to change the email address?

Yes, once you have created a BoldSign account, you have the option to update your email address when necessary. However, it is important to note that such changes may affect your ongoing document processes:

  • The document will be revoked if you are the sender or host of an in-progress document.
  • You can still sign the document if you are one of the signers in an in-progress document, but you will be signing as a non-BoldSign account holder.

Follow the steps below to change the email address:

  • Click on My Profile from the Settings menu and you will be directed to the Profile Details tab.
  • Under the Email Settings, click the Change option near the email address.

  • You will be directed to the Verify Email page and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the current email address.
  • Enter the verification code in the textbox and click Verify.

  • You will be directed to the Change Your Email page. Enter the new email address in the textbox and click Change Email.

  • A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email address. Enter the verification code in the textbox and click Verify.

  • Now, your email address has been changed successfully and you will be directed to the My Profile page to check the updated email address.
