Is it possible to restore the deleted document?

Yes. In BoldSign, when a document is deleted, it is not permanently removed but instead moved to the Trash folder. The deleted document will stay in the trash for 30 days before it is permanently deleted. During this period, you can restore the deleted document using the Restore option. However, when a document is permanently deleted in the trash it cannot be restored.

Follow the steps below to restore the deleted document:

• Click on the Trash option on the Documents menu and a list of deleted documents will be displayed.
• Click on the Context menu at the end of the document you want to restore and select the Restore option.

• A confirmation message will appear confirming that the document has been restored successfully.

• The restored document will be moved to the My Documents page.
