Is it possible to add additional users?

In BoldSign, after activating a subscription plan, you can add additional users as per your requirement using the Manage license(s) feature. Adding users to your account attracts additional charges that are determined by the number of users you add.

Follow the below steps to add additional users:

  • Select the Subscription option on the Settings menu to go to the Subscription page.
  • On the subscription page, Click on the Manage license(s) option.

  • A dialog box will appear. Increase the number of user licenses as needed by clicking the increase button.
  • You will see the payment due for the additional licenses. Click the Confirm button to initiate the payment and add the new licenses to your account.

  • The new user licenses will be updated after the payment is processed.
