How to create bulk links?

Creating a bulk link is a convenient way to have multiple individuals sign the same contract separately over time. You don’t need to know who or how many people will sign in advance. Once the bulk link is active, anyone with access to the URL can sign the contract.
Follow the below steps to create a bulk link:
- Start by clicking on
Create New
and selectCreate New Bulk Link
. Alternatively, you can chooseNew Bulk Link
from theMy Bulk Links
menu.
- You will be directed to the Prepare Bulk Link Document page.
- Enter a title for your bulk link document in the Title field. Then, provide a welcome message and an acknowledgment message in their respective fields.
- Add the necessary files in the Add file(s) section and assign the initiator role in the Initiator Role column. You have an option to choose the signer language in the language dropdown.
- You will find options like Select Brand, Allow signers to re-assign, Allow the user to sign multiple times, Limit responses, and Expires in in the
Settings
section. - In the Limit responses field, you can set a limit on the number of users who can sign the document, and in the Expires in field, you can specify the number of days after which the bulk link should expire.
- Make any adjustments you need, and then click
Next
.
- On the Configure fields page, add the required fields for the document.
- Then, click on the
Create Bulk Link
button in the top right corner. - Now, the bulk link has been successfully created, and you will receive a URL link and an Embed code as shown.
- You can share the link with the signers, and anyone with access to that link can sign the document.
