How to limit the number of signers in bulk link?

In BoldSign, you have the option to restrict the number of signers in a Bulk link using the Limit Response feature. By default, this feature is disabled, allowing an unlimited number of responses. If needed, you can enable and set the response limit according to your specific requirements. Once the set limit is reached, the bulk link cannot be accessed by the signers.

Follow the below steps to limit the number of signers in the bulk link:

• Click the Create New button and select the Create New Bulk Link option.
• You will be directed to the Prepare Bulk Link Document page.
• Fill in all the required fields and then scroll down to the Settings section.
• Here, enable the Limit responses field, which will reveal the Limit total responses to field. Set it according to your requirements by using the up and down arrows, then proceed by clicking the Next button.

• Next, add the required form fields to the bulk link document on the Configure fields page and click the Create Bulk Link option.
• Now, the URL and embed code will be generated and you can send it out for signatures.
• If you wish to edit the bulk link after sending it for signatures, you can do so by navigating to the Bulk Link Overview page. Here, you have the option to modify the limit in the Link Response Limit field.

• Once the specified limit is reached, the bulk link will no longer be accessible to the signers, and an error message will be displayed as shown in the following image.
