How to find a particular document?

In BoldSign, the search filters feature allows you to perform in-depth searches to locate specific documents. You can define the criteria to narrow down your search. If you opt for a multi-criteria search, documents will only be retrieved if they meet all the specified criteria.
Follow the steps below to find a particular document:
- Click on
My Documents
on the Documents menu to go to the My Documents page. - Click the
Filter
icon on the right side of the search box to display the search filter options.
- You have the option to filter based on the document type such as Sent documents, Received documents, or Both.
- You can also filter based on different statuses of the document, such as Waiting for me, Waiting for others, Needs attention, Declined, Completed, Revoked, or Expired.
- There is also an option to filter based on the Sender, Recipient, or Tags.
- You can limit the search results based on the date range, with options such as Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Last year, and Custom range.
- Once you have selected your desired filters, click the
Apply Filter
button to initiate the search. - Now, the document that matches your specified criteria will be displayed.
