Can I transfer the account ownership to another user?

In BoldSign, the Transfer Account Ownership feature allows the account owner to transfer ownership to another account administrator. However, this transfer option is not available for team admins or team members. Once the transfer process is successfully completed, the newly designated account owner will have full authority and control over the account’s features and capabilities.
Follow the steps below to transfer the account ownership to another user:
- Click on
Users
on the Users & Teams menu to go to the Users page. - On the users page, click on the context menu at the end of the user to whom you want to transfer the account ownership and a list of options will be displayed.
- Select the
Transfer Account Ownership
option.
- A confirmation message will pop up. Click on the
Transfer
button to continue.
- Now, the account ownership transfer to the selected account admin has been completed successfully. The new account owner will have complete authority and control over the account.
