How to use the saved document in drafts?

In BoldSign, you can edit and use the documents that are saved in the drafts folder for signature requests at any time. However, when you edit a draft document and send a signature request from it, the document will be automatically removed from the Drafts folder.

Follow the steps below to use the saved document:

  • Click on the Drafts on the Documents menu and you will be taken to the drafts page.
  • Hover your mouse on the document you want to use and click on the Edit icon.

  • You will be taken to the Prepare documents for signing page.

  • Make necessary changes on that page and click Next to go to the Configure fields page.
  • Add the required form fields and send the document for signature.
  • Now, the document will be removed from the drafts folder.
