How can I reset my password if I forget it?

In BoldSign, if you forget your password while attempting to log in, you have the option to reset it to regain access to your account.

Follow the below steps to reset your password:

• Go to the BoldSign login page, enter the email address in the Email field, and then click Continue.
• You will be directed to the Password page. Here, select the Forgot password option located below the password field.

• On the Forgot password page, input your registered email address in the designated field, then click the Send Reset Link button.

• Check your registered email address for a password reset link. Then, click the Reset Password button. You will be redirected to the Reset password page.

• On the Reset password page, enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields. To view the password criteria, click the lock icon near the Password field.
• Once done, click the Set Password button and the password will be reset successfully.

• Now, you can log back into BoldSign using your updated credentials.
