Is it possible to hide the attachments in the final completion email?

Yes. In BoldSign, you can send the completed documents as a link in the email rather than as an attachment. Once all the parties have signed the document, the recipients will receive an email with a link to view and download the signed document.

Follow the steps below to hide the attachments in the final completion email:

• Click on the Branding on the Settings menu to go to the Manage Brands page.
• On the manage brands page, click on the Create New Brand button.

• You will be taken to the Create New Brand page, add the brand name, logo, and color, and switch to the Advanced tab.
• On the Deliver the signed document in email as section choose the Link to view and download document option from the dropdown arrow.
• Click the save button and your brand will be created successfully.

• If you already have a brand, you can select the Link to view and download document option using the Edit Brand option.
• While creating a document, on the prepare document for signing page, select the brand in which you have selected the Link to view and download document option, and then send the document for signature.

• Once the signer has signed the document, they will receive an email with a link to view and download the signed document as shown below:
