How to duplicate form fields?

Duplicating form fields refers to the process of creating an identical copy of a specific form field within a document. In BoldSign, users can duplicate form fields when repeated information is required within the document.
Follow the steps below to duplicate form fields:
- On the Dashboard page, click the
Create New
button and select theCreate New Document
option. - Upload a file in the Add files section, add recipients, and complete all other required fields.
- Click
Next
to proceed to the Configure fields page. - On the left side of the Configure fields page, you will see a list of fields.
- Drag and drop the required field to the desired location in the document. Then, right-click on the specific form field and select the
Duplicate
option. - A duplicate form field will be created below the specific form field.
- Alternatively, use the
Ctrl
+D
shortcut keys to duplicate the form field. - Now, move the duplicate form field to the desired location within the document.
