How to deactivate a bulk link?

In BoldSign, you can deactivate a bulk link and reactivate it again at any time. However, when the bulk link is deactivated, access to the document will be denied to the signers.

Follow the steps below to deactivate a bulk link:

• Click on the My Bulk Links on the Bulk Links menu and a list of existing bulk links will be displayed.
• Click on the context menu at the end of the bulk link you want to deactivate and select the Deactivate option.

• The bulk link will be deactivated successfully. The status of the bulk link will be changed to inactive, and a confirmation message will appear.

• Now, when a signer tries to access the deactivated bulk link, the below message will be displayed.
