Is there a limit to the number of users I can add to my team?

Upon activating the subscription plan, a limited user license will be provided based on the selected plan. However, account administrators can increase the user licenses using the Manage License(s) feature, with no limit, and additional charges apply based on the number of user licenses added. Users can be added until the user license limit is reached.

Follow the below steps to add users to a team:

  • Click the Settings menu and select the Subscription option.
  • You will be directed to the Subscription page. In the Overview section, locate and click the Manage license(s) option near the User Licenses field.

  • A Manage User License dialog box will be displayed.
  • In the Number of additional licenses field, increase the user license based on your requirements by clicking the Up arrow.
  • You can see the payment details in the dialog box after increasing the user license. Check the details and click the Confirm button.

  • After the payment is processed, the new user license will be successfully updated. Users can be added until the user license limit is reached.
