How to prevent signers from reassigning the document?

In BoldSign, during the document creation process, you can disable the Allow signers to re-assign option to prevent signers from reassigning the document. By default, this option is enabled and the reassign option is visible on the signing page, however, once you disable this option, the reassign option will be hidden to signers.
Follow the steps below to prevent signers from reassigning the document:
- Click on
Create New
, go toCreate New Document
and you will be directed to the Prepare document for signing page. - Add files on the Add files section, add Recipients, and all other required fields.
- On the Document settings section, disable the
Allow signers to re-assign
option.
- Click
Next
to go to the configure fields page. - On the configure fields page, add the required fields, and send the document for signature.
- Now, when the signer opens the document, the Reassign option will not be available on the More Actions drop-down.
