How to prevent signers from declining documents?

In BoldSign, you can prevent signers from declining documents by enabling the Hide option to decline document option on the Branding page. By default, the decline option will be visible on the signing page. However, once you enable this feature, the Decline option will be hidden.

Follow the steps below to prevent signers from declining documents:

• Select Branding from the Settings menu to go to the Manage Brands page.
• On the Manage Brands page, click on the Create New Brand button.

• You will be directed to the Create New Brand page. Under the General section add the Brand Name, Logo, Color, and all other required fields.
• Switch to the Advanced section and scroll down to enable the Hide option to decline document.

• Then click the Savebutton and your brand will be created successfully.
• If you already have a brand, you can enable the Hide option to decline document from the Edit brand option.

• When creating a document, select the brand in which the Hide option to decline document was enabled and send the document for signature.

• While signing, the Decline option will be hidden in the More Actions drop-down.
