How to download the attachments?

In BoldSign, once the signing process is complete, the sender, signers, and CC recipients can download the attachments directly from their BoldSign account. The attachments can also be downloaded from the document completion email.

Follow the steps below to download the attachments:

• Click on the My Documents on the Documents menu to go to the My Documents page.
• On the My Documents page, click on the Context menu of the document you want to download its attachment, and a list of options will be displayed.
• Select the Download attachment option and the attachment will be downloaded successfully.

• Alternatively, you can download the attachments from the Overview page.

• The attachments can also be downloaded from the document completion email. When you click the View Document link, you will be taken to the document, where you can find the Download Attachment option in the More Actions dropdown.
