What are the countries that support BoldSign SMS features?

BoldSign supports the SMS delivery option and SMS OTP authentication method for signature requests. This involves selecting the correct country code and entering the recipient’s number in the designated field. Recipients will receive notifications via text messages on their mobile devices. However, the SMS option is only available to paid plan users.

The countries that support BoldSign SMS features are the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Puerto Rico.

For instance, in the SMS delivery option, when you click the drop-down arrow, a list of supported countries will be displayed. If you choose a particular country, the country code will be filled out automatically, and you will be required to enter the recipient’s phone number. Enter the required details and send the document for signature.

The same applies to the SMS OTP authentication method.

Once the document is sent, recipients will receive notifications via SMS on their mobile devices.
