How to export the bulk send document responses to a CSV file?

The Export To CSV feature in BoldSign enables seamless downloading of bulk send document responses into a CSV file. This is particularly useful when dealing with a large number of documents and signers, ensuring efficient and smooth data retrieval.
The CSV file can be downloaded in 2 ways:
- My Bulk Send page
- Bulk send documents Page.
Download CSV file from My Bulk Send page
- Select the
My Bulk Send
option on the Bulk Send menu. - You will be directed to the My Bulk Send page, where you can view all the bulk send documents.
- Click on the context menu of the bulk send document and select the
Export To CSV
option.
- The bulk send document responses will be downloaded successfully. The CSV file will contain details of the document sent, such as the document created date, document ID, document status, signer name, signer email, signer status, signature completed date, form field ID, and their values, excluding Signature, Initial, Image, and Attachment form fields.
Download CSV file from bulk send documents page
- Click on the
My Bulk Send
option on the Bulk Send menu to go to the My Bulk Send page. - On the My Bulk Send page, click on the bulk send document you want to export its responses to a CSV file, and you will be directed to the bulk send documents page.
- On the bulk send documents page, click on the
More Actions
button at the top right corner of the page and select theExport CSV
option. - The bulk send document responses will be downloaded successfully.
- For bulk sends with fewer than 100 documents, the CSV file is promptly downloaded to your device. However, for over 100 documents, you’ll receive an email with a download link for the exported CSV file. The link remains valid for 7 days from the email receipt, after which it expires.
