How to allow sender to manage recipients while using templates?

In BoldSign, during the template creation process, you can allow the sender to effectively manage recipients while using templates. The sender can edit, delete, and add more recipients while using the template.
Follow the steps below to allow sender to manage recipients while using templates:
- Go to
Create New
and select theCreate New Template
option. - You will be taken to the Prepare template page. Enter the template title in the Title field and the description in the Description field.
- Then add files in the Add files section and role in the Add role(s) section.
- The Default recipient name and email address are optional, and you can add them if needed or while using the template.
- If you add a recipient and click on the Settings dropdown, you will see the
Edit this recipient
andDelete this recipient
options on the Allow sender to section. By default, these options are enabled and can be disabled if needed. - When these options are enabled, the sender will be able to edit and delete recipients while using templates.
- On the Template Usage Settings, under the Recipients section, you will see the
Allow sender to add more recipients
option. By default, this option is enabled and can be disabled if needed. - If you enable the Allow sender to add more recipients option, the sender will be able to add more recipients while using the template.
- Fill in other required fields and click
Next
to go to the configure fields page. - On the configure fields page, add the required fields, and click the
Save template
button. The template will be created successfully.
- Now while using templates, the sender will be able to edit, delete, and add more recipients.
