How to check the status of the bulk send?

In BoldSign, the status of the bulk send is automatically updated based on the actions taken once it is sent for signature on the My Bulk Send page. Additionally, you can view the status of each bulk send document on the Bulk Send Document page and on the overview page.
Check the status on My Bulk Send page
- Select
My Bulk Send
on the Bulk Send menu and you will be directed to the My Bulk Send page. - In the Document Progress section, you will see the
circular progress bar
with different colors and numbers next to them that represent the number of documents sent and the number of recipients added to the CSV file. - When you hover your mouse over the circular progress bar, the bulk send status will be displayed. The statuses include
Not completed
,Completed
,Declined
,Revoked
,Expired
,Failed
, andQueued
. - The color of the circular progress bar will change based on the bulk send status. For example, when the bulk send is completed, the color changes to green, and when revoked, it changes to red. Likewise, the progress bar appears partially filled when the process is partially completed or revoked.
Check the status on the Bulk send document page
- Click on
My Bulk Send
on the Bulk Send menu to go to the My Bulk Send page. - Click on the bulk send, and you will be taken to the Bulk Send Document page.
- On the Bulk Send Document page, you can view the status of each document from the
Status
column.
You can also check the bulk send status on the Overview page.
- On the
Bulk Send Document
page, click on the bulk send document to go to the Overview page. - On the overview page, you will see the bulk send document status on the
Status
field.
