How to track the sent signature request details in organization level using Zapier?
The BoldSign sent signature request document details can be used to trigger and automate other actions using Zapier. BoldSign allows account admins to track all the sign requests made at the organization level.
You can use any one of our pre-configured Zapier templates to automate the action, or you can create your own Zapier automation using the BoldSign sent signature request details. To enable the admin mode, all you need to do is enable the Admin mode in the Zap configuration.
Step 1: You will be asked to select a trigger for the Zap. You can click on the Admin mode
dropdown to expand the options.
Step 2: Select the Yes
option to enable the admin mode.
Step 3: Click on the Continue
button to proceed with the Zap configuration.
Please note that permissions are still applied as in the BoldSign web application. By default, you will only be able to view metadata of your team members. Therefore, the completed event zap will throw an error if you attempt to use it, as it internally tries to download the signed PDF from our API. If you need the full signed document to upload elsewhere, you will need to configure custom permissions and grant yourself the “View Document” permission for all teams to access your team members document and it will also create a audit log entry.
