How to integrate BoldSign with Rocketlane using Zapier?

Integrating BoldSign with Rocketlane through Zapier enables you to automate actions and boost efficiency in your document workflows. With Zapier’s automation capabilities, you can trigger actions in BoldSign based on events in Rocketlane.

Follow the steps below to integrate BoldSign with Rocketlane using Zapier:

• Login in to your Zapier account or create an account in Zapier.
• Then, on the Zapier page, click the Create button in the top left corner, and select the Zaps option.

• You will be directed to the Zaps page. Select the Trigger option.

• Trigger: Choose the Trigger app as Rocketlane. In the Event drop-down, choose Project Created and click the Continue button.
• Then, connect your Rocketlane account and test the trigger.

• When signing in with your Rocketlane account you will be asked to enter the API Key, click on the Settings menu in the Rocketlane account, select Integration as Zapier, and copy the API key.

• Action: Choose BoldSign as the action app. Select the event as Send Document From Template and click the Continue button.
• Then, connect your BoldSign account and click the continue button.
• Under the Action column, choose the template that you want to send to the client when a new project is created and set the Sandbox Mode as False.
• Map the Recipient name and Recipient Email with the name and email address of the new client added in Rocketlane.
• Fill any other required fields and click the Continue button.
• Then test the action and Publish the Zap.

• Now, when a new project is created on Rocketlane, the document will be sent to the client for signing.
