How to track identity verification transactions?

In BoldSign, account administrators have the capability to monitor the transactions related to identity verifications within their organization. Follow the steps below to effectively track these transactions:

  1. Accessing Settings: Begin by navigating to the Settings option within BoldSign. This can typically be found in the sidebar of the application. Once located, select the Subscription page.

  2. Viewing Transactions: Once on the Subscription page, scroll down until you reach the Document Limits section. Within this section, locate and click on the View Transactions option. This action will enable you to review all transactions associated with your account.

  1. Filtering Identity Verifications: Upon accessing the transaction overview, you will be presented with a comprehensive list of all transactions. To specifically focus on identity verifications, utilize the filtering functionality. Simply select the ID Verification option to narrow down the displayed transactions accordingly.

  1. Exporting and Downloading: For further analysis or record-keeping purposes, BoldSign offers the ability to download transactions. You can opt to download the transaction history either as a PDF file or export it in CSV format, depending on your preferences.

By following these steps, account administrators can efficiently track and manage identity verification transactions within BoldSign.
