How to download verification images for identity verification?

In BoldSign, senders have the option to download verification images associated with signers who have undergone identity authentication. This feature enables users to access and store verification data for documentation and reference purposes. Follow these steps to download verification images:

1. Access the My Documents Page: Begin by navigating to the My Documents page from the sidebar menu.

2. Open Document Overview: Identify the document for which you wish to download verification images and click on it to open the document overview page.

3. Initiate Download: Within the document overview page, locate the signer for whom you want to download verification images. Click on the more options icon next to the signer’s name and select Download verification data from the dropdown menu.

4. Download Verification Images: Upon selecting the option, the signer’s uploaded verification images will be compiled and downloaded in a zip file shortly. Once the download is complete, you can access and extract the verification images for documentation or reference purposes.
