How to check the document usage?

In BoldSign, you can check the document usage from the subscription page. The document usage limit depends on the subscription plan you have selected and the document limit set on the pay as you go plan.

Follow the steps below to check the document usage:

  • Click on the Subscription option on the Settings menu and you will be directed to the Subscription page.
  • On the subscription page, under the Document Limits section, you can see the number of documents used and what is left.

The document count will be displayed for the following categories:

  • eSignatures: Represents the number of signature requests sent.
  • Free Bulk Documents: Includes the number of Bulk links and bulk send documents.
  • Templates: Shows the number of templates created.
  • API: Specifies the number of signature requests sent using the API.
  • Self-sign: Displays the count of self-sign documents.

Document limit section

Once users reach the document limit, they can send additional documents by activating the pay-as-you-go option. They have the flexibility to specify the number of documents they need to send, and they will be billed for the additional usage monthly.

  • On the subscription page, scroll down to the Pay as you go section.
  • You will be able to see the document usage from these categories: Bulk documents, Pay As You Go ID Verification, SMS credits, API, and eSignature.
