How to edit the recipient for documents created from bulk links?

In BoldSign, you have the flexibility to edit the recipient for documents created from bulk links even after the document has been sent for signature. However, the option to edit the recipient is unavailable once the document has been completed or declined.
Follow the steps below to edit the recipient for documents created from bulk links:
- Click on
My Bulk Links
on the Bulk Links menu to go to the My Bulk Links page. - On the My Bulk Links page, click on the bulk link that you want to change its recipient and you will be directed to the Overview page.
- On the Overview page, under the Responders section, click on the context menu at the right end of the recipient and select the
Overview
option.
- You will be directed to the overview page of that particular document.
- Under the Recipient Details, click on the context menu at the right end of the recipient and select the
Edit recipient
option.
- A dialog box will appear. Enter the recipient’s Name, Email ID, and Reason for changing the recipient in the respective fields.
- Then click the
Send
button and the new recipient will be updated successfully.
