How to download signed documents as separate files?

BoldSign offers users the flexibility to download individual documents separately instead of a single combined document when multiple files are uploaded for signing. However, this option is only available for paid plan users.
Enable individual document downloads
Follow these steps to enable separate document downloads for all users:
- Select the
Business Profileoption on the Settings menu to go to the Business Profile page. - Scroll down to the
Document download Optionsand selectIndividuallyfrom the Dropdown, then click theSave Changesbutton.
Enable individual downloads while creating a document
- Click
Create Newand select theCreate New Documentoption. - You will be directed to the Prepare document for signing page. Upload multiple documents and add recipients.
- Fill in all the required fields and scroll down on the
Document settingssection to ensure that the Individually option is selected on the Document download options section.
- Click
Nextto go to the configure fields page. - On the configure fields page, drag and drop the required fields onto the document and preview the document before sending it for signature.
Download the signed documents
Once the document is signed:
- Expand the
Documentsmenu and chooseMy Documents. - Locate the signed document, hover over it nd click the
Download documenticon. If theIndividuallyoption was selected, each file will be downloaded separately.
Key Information
- If the document download option is set to
Individually, even when only a single document is attached, the signed file will still be downloaded as a ZIP folder containing that one document.
- If the document download option is set to
Combinedand multiple documents are attached, the signed document will be a single combined PDF.
This feature is not applicable for Print and Sign enabled documents and template downloads.
