How to replicate form fields to all pages?

In BoldSign, when preparing a document for signature, you can easily replicate various form fields across all pages. This simplifies the integration of form fields throughout multi-page documents, promoting consistency and enhancing efficiency.
Follow the below steps to replicate fields to all pages:
- Click
Create Newand select theCreate New Documentoption. - You will be directed to the Prepare document for signing page. Add files on the Add file(s) section and add recipients.
- Fill in any other required fields and click
Nextto go to the Configure fields page. - On the Configure fields page, drag and drop the required form field onto the document.
- Then right-click on the form field on the document and a list of options will be displayed.
- Select the
Replicate to All Pagesoption and the selected form field will be replicated in the same location on all pages of the document.
Note: On Conditional Logic, when applying conditional rules to form fields, replicating parent fields will not transfer their conditions to replicated fields on other pages. However, if a child field with conditional logic is replicated, it will retain its conditions.
