How to sign a document on your mobile device?

With the BoldSign mobile app, you can easily sign documents in just few clicks. Follow the below steps to sign a document on your mobile device.

• On the Dashboard page, tap the Waiting for me widget to find the list of documents awaiting your signature.

• Alternatively, you can find the documents by tapping the Documents icon on the bottom navigation bar and navigating to the Documents screen.
• Tap the Sign now button on the document you wish to sign, or tap the context menu and select the Sign document option.

• Before proceeding to sign the document, read and agree to the terms and conditions, then tap the Continue button to proceed to the Signing Page.

• On the signing page, tap the Start signing button and you will be taken to the form field. Fill in the form field by tapping on it. To move to the next form field, tap on the Next field button. You can also zoom in and out of the document for better visibility.
• The total number of fields to be filled and those you have completed will be displayed at the top of the screen.

• When you tap the More button, several options will be displayed. You can decide either to Finish later, Re-assign, or Decline the document.

• Once all fields are completed, tap the Complete signing button.

• The document will be successfully signed, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
