How to self-sign a document on a mobile device?

You can self-sign a document on your mobile device by adding your own digital signature. The process is similar to sending a document out for eSignature to others.
Follow the steps below to self-sign a document on your mobile device:
- On the dashboard page, tap the
+button on the bottom navigation bar to display theCreate Newscreen. Select theCreate New Documentoption.
- You will be directed to the Upload Documents screen. Tap the
Upload Documentsbutton to upload the necessary files from your local storage. - You can
ReplaceorCancelthe uploaded file by tapping on it and selecting the options at the bottom of the bar.
- Then tap the
Continuebutton and you will taken to the Recipient List screen. - Add yourself as the recipient by tapping the
Add mebutton at the bottom of the bar.
- Your details i.e. Name and email address will be automatically filled. You can edit or delete if needed.
- Once done, tap the
Nextbutton and you will be navigated to the Prepare Document screen.
- Fill in any other required fields, then tap the Configure fields button on the Prepare Document screen to add form fields to the document.
- On the Configure Fields screen, tap the
+ Fieldsbutton at the bottom of the screen or long press on the document and the list of form fields will be displayed. - Select the required form fields and place them in the desired positions.
- While adding the form fields like Signature, Initials, Image, and Editable date, you are requested to fill in the respective form fields immediately.
- When you add form fields such as Date Signed, Name, and Email, the fields will be filled automatically. By default, the checkbox field is checked and can’t be unchecked.
- After filling in the form fields, tap the
Finishbutton on the top-right corner of the screen to go to theDocument Actionsscreen.
- Tap on the
Finish signingoption to complete the signing process.
- Now you have successfully self-signed the document and a confirmation message will be displayed as shown below.
