How to create filters and pin them to the dashboard in the BoldSign mobile application?

In the BoldSign mobile application, you can easily create filters and pin them to the dashboard. Pinning documents to the dashboard allows you to quickly view important information about your documents.

Follow the steps below to create filters and pin them to the dashboard in the BoldSign mobile application:

  • Navigate to the Documents tab at the bottom of the bar to open the list of documents.
  • You can choose the documents to filter by tapping the dropdown arrow at the top of the bar and selecting the Mine or Team option.

  • Then tap the Filter icon at the top right of the screen.

  • The Filtering and sorting screen will be displayed. You can sort by Sent documents, Received documents, or Both.
  • Select the filter options you want to apply.
  • There is an option to filter based on different statuses of the document, such as Waiting for me, Waiting for others, Needs attention, Declined, Completed, Revoked, and Expired.
  • There is also an option to filter based on Sender , Receiver, or Sent between such as Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Last year, and Custom range.

Filtering and sorting screen

  • Check the checkbox to enable the Pin filter to dashboard option.
  • You will be required to enter the filter name; enter the Filter name in the filter name field, and tap the Apply Filter button.

  • You can find the pinned widget in the dashboard.

Dashboard

  • You can view the filtered documents by tapping the View Filter option.
  • Additionally, you can Rename and Delete the widget by tapping the context menu to display these options.
