How to integrate BoldSign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Zapier?

Integrating BoldSign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM through Zapier enables you to automate actions in your document workflows. With Zapier’s automation, you can trigger actions in BoldSign based on events in Dynamics 365. In this article, we will walk you through how to send a document automatically when a new contact is added to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Follow the steps below to integrate BoldSign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Zapier:

  • Login in to your Zapier account or create an account in Zapier.
  • Then, on the Zapier page, click the Create button in the top left corner, and select the Zaps option.

  • You will be directed to the Zaps page. Select the Trigger option.

  • Trigger: Choose the Trigger app as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. In the Event drop-down, choose New Contact and click the Continue button.
  • Then, connect your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account and test the trigger.

  • When signing in with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account you will be asked to enter the Dynamics Domain details, after entering the details , you will be asked to enter the sign in details for Microsoft Dynamics 365 account details and click continue to test the trigger.

  • When clicking the test , contact will be shown and then select the contact and click the Continue with selected record.

  • Action: Choose BoldSign as the action app. Select the event as Send Document From Template and click the Continue button.

  • Then, connect your BoldSign account and click the continue button.
  • Under the Action column, choose the template that you want to send to the client when a new project is created and set the Sandbox Mode as False.
  • Map the Recipient name and Recipient Email with the name and email address of the new contact added in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Fill any other required fields and click the Continue button.
  • Then test the action and Publish the Zap.

Action section

  • Now, whenever a contact is added to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a document will be sent to that contact for signing.
