Integrating BoldSign with Monday.com via Zapier allows you to streamline your document workflows and enhance productivity. By leveraging Zapier’s automation features, you can set up triggers in Monday.com that respond to events in BoldSign. In this article, we will walk through how to automatically upload a document completed by the signer using BoldSign to Monday.com.
Follow the steps below to integrate BoldSign with Monday.com using Zapier:
- Login in to your Zapier account or create an account in Zapier.
- Then, on the Zapier page, click the
Createbutton in the top left corner, and select theZapsoption.
- You will be directed to the Zaps page. Select the
Triggeroption.
- Trigger: Choose the Trigger app as
BoldSign. In the Event drop-down, chooseDocument Completedand click theContinuebutton.
- Then, connect your
BoldSignaccount and test the trigger.
- After signing in with your BoldSign account , click
Continuebutton to trigger the test. - Select the document and then click
Continue with selected recordbutton to trigger the test.
- Action: Choose
Monday.comas the action app. Select the event asUpload File to Specific Columnand click theContinuebutton.
- Then, connect your
Monday.comaccount. - When signing in with your
Monday.comaccount, you will be asked to enter the API key. Click on the account menu in yourMonday.comaccount, select theDevelopersoption, and copy the API key from theMy access tokenssection. Then, selectYes, continue to Monday.com.
- Under the Action column, fill in the required fields and select the column where you want to store the completed documents from BoldSign. Then, click the
Continuebutton.
- Then test the action and
Publishthe Zap.
- Now, the completed document will be stored in
Monday.comwhen the signer completes the signing process.
