Integrating BoldSign with Monday.com
via Zapier allows you to streamline your document workflows and enhance productivity. By leveraging Zapier’s automation features, you can set up triggers in Monday.com
that respond to events in BoldSign. In this article, we will walk through how to automatically upload a document completed by the signer using BoldSign to Monday.com
.
Follow the steps below to integrate BoldSign with Monday.com
using Zapier:
- Login in to your Zapier account or create an account in Zapier.
- Then, on the Zapier page, click the
Create
button in the top left corner, and select theZaps
option.
- You will be directed to the Zaps page. Select the
Trigger
option.
- Trigger: Choose the Trigger app as
BoldSign
. In the Event drop-down, chooseDocument Completed
and click theContinue
button.
- Then, connect your
BoldSign
account and test the trigger.
- After signing in with your BoldSign account , click
Continue
button to trigger the test. - Select the document and then click
Continue with selected record
button to trigger the test.
- Action: Choose
Monday.com
as the action app. Select the event asUpload File to Specific Column
and click theContinue
button.
- Then, connect your
Monday.com
account. - When signing in with your
Monday.com
account, you will be asked to enter the API key. Click on the account menu in yourMonday.com
account, select theDevelopers
option, and copy the API key from theMy access tokens
section. Then, selectYes, continue to Monday.com
.
- Under the Action column, fill in the required fields and select the column where you want to store the completed documents from BoldSign. Then, click the
Continue
button.
- Then test the action and
Publish
the Zap.
- Now, the completed document will be stored in
Monday.com
when the signer completes the signing process.
