How to send bulk reminders for all pending bulk send documents?

In BoldSign, you can easily send reminders to all pending bulk send documents simultaneously, alerting those who haven’t yet completed their required actions. These reminders are delivered via email, prompting recipients to complete their signing process.
Follow the below steps to send reminders for all pending bulk send documents:
- Expand the
Bulk Send
menu and click theMy Bulk Send
option. - You will be navigated to the My Bulk Send page where you can find the list of bulk sends.
- Next, click the
Context menu
of the bulk send for which you want to a send reminder, and select theReminder
option.
- Now, the Remind now dialog box will be displayed. If required, include the reminder message and click the
Send reminder
button.
- The reminder is sent successfully, and recipients will receive an email notification to complete their pending documents.
