How to enable audit log localization in BoldSign?

BoldSign allows users to download and view the audit trail in different languages according to the signer’s language preference. The account administrator can enable this feature on the Business Profile page. Once enabled, the audit trail will be generated in both English and the signer’s preferred language.

Follow the steps below to enable audit log localization in BoldSign:

• Expand the Settings menu and select the Business Profile option.
• You will be directed to the Business Profile page. On the Settings tab, scroll down and enable the Generate Multilingual Audit Trail option.
• Then click the Save Changes button and your changes will be updated successfully.

• Now, when sending a document for signature, click on the language dropdown arrow in the Add Recipients section and select the signer’s preferred language.

• If you have multiple signers, ensure that all signers use the same language. If different languages are selected for different signers, an error message will appear, as shown below.

• Then fill in any other required fields and click the Next button to go to the Configure fields page.
• On the configure fields page, drag and drop the required fields onto the document and send it for signature.
• After the document is completed, you can download the audit trail from the My Documents page.

• The downloaded audit trail will be displayed in both English and the signer’s preferred language.

• The Table of Contents at the top of the page includes links for both languages. By clicking on a page number in the Table of Contents, users can navigate directly to the corresponding page.
