How to get notified via email when BoldSign's template send action fails?

By integrating your email account with BoldSign using Power Automate, you will receive instant email notifications whenever the template send action in BoldSign fails. This ensures you’re promptly informed about the issue, allowing you to take immediate corrective action.
Follow the steps below to get notified via email when BoldSign’s template send action fails:
- Open the link Power Automate and create your Power Automate account.
- Then connect your BoldSign account with the Power Automate account by clicking the
Connections
menu and adding BoldSign as a connection.
- Click on
Create
, go toMy flows
, and selectNew flow
to start creating your flow.
- A Designer page will open. Disable the
New designer
button.
- You will be taken to the trigger page. Choose
BoldSign
as the trigger app.
- Then choose a Webhook event as
TemplateSendFailed
and click theNew step
button.
- You will be directed to the Action page. Choose
Microsoft Office 365 Outlook
as the action app.
- Choose action as
Send an email
.
- On the send an email section, enter the below parameters on the
To
,Subject
, andBody
fields. - Then click the
Save
button and test your flow.
- You’ve now successfully integrated BoldSign with your email account using Power Automate. If the template send action in BoldSign fails, you will be notified via email.
