How to save the completed document to a Dropbox folder?

Integrating BoldSign with Dropbox via Power Automate creates a seamless solution for centralized document storage and backup. In this setup, BoldSign serves as the trigger app to initiate actions, while Dropbox acts as the destination for storing and managing your signed documents.
Follow the steps below to save the completed document to a Dropbox folder:
- Open the link Power Automate and create your Power Automate account.
- Then connect your BoldSign account with the Power Automate account by clicking the
Connectionsoption and adding BoldSign as the connection.

Once you have created the connection, click
Create, navigate toMy flows, and selectNew flowto create your workflow. -
A Designer page will open. Disable the
New designerbutton.
- You will be directed to the trigger page. Choose
BoldSignas the trigger app.
- Then choose a Webhook event as
Completedand click theNext stepbutton.
- Select BoldSign as the action app, then choose the
Download documentoption.
- Map the document ID in the
Document IDfield.
- In the operations section choose
Dropboxas the action app.
- Then click
Create fileas the action which will automatically save the completed document to your specified Dropbox folder.
- Sign in to your Dropbox account to create a connection.
- Configure the Dropbox parameters by entering details in the
Folder Path,File NameandFile Contentfields.
- Once done with the configuration ,click the
Savebutton. - You have successfully integrated BoldSign with Dropbox using Power Automate. Now, whenever a document is completed, it will automatically be added to the Dropbox folder.
