How to save the completed document's Audit trail to a OneDrive folder?

You can automate the process of saving the completed document’s Audit trail to OneDrive using Power Automate. This helps to keep all your audit trail documents organized in one place. In this case, BoldSign is the trigger app, and OneDrive is the action app.
Follow the steps below to save the completed document’s Audit trail to a OneDrive folder:
- Open the link Power Automate and create your Power Automate account.
- Then connect your BoldSign account with the Power Automate account by clicking the
Connections
option and adding BoldSign as the connection.
- After creating the connection, click
Create
, then go toMy flows
, and selectNew flow
to set up your workflow. - A Designer page will open. Disable the
New designer
button.
- You will be directed to the trigger page. Choose
BoldSign
as the trigger app.
- Then choose a Webhook event as
Completed
and click theNew step
button.
- You will be directed to the Action page. Choose BoldSign as the action app. Then click on the
Download Audit trail
option.
- Map the document ID in the
Document ID
field and click theNew step
button.
- On the Operation section, choose
OneDrive
as the action app.
- Then select
Create file
as the action that will save the completed document’s Audit trail to a OneDrive folder.
- Sign in to your OneDrive account to create a connection.
- Configure OneDrive parameters by entering details in the
Folder Path
,File Name
andFile Content
fields. - Then click the
Save
button to finalize the integration.
- You have successfully integrated BoldSign with OneDive using Power Automate. Now, whenever a document is completed, the Audit trail document will be saved to the OneDrive folder.
