How to save the completed document's Audit trail to a Dropbox folder?

By integrating BoldSign with Dropbox through Power Automate, you can automatically save the completed document’s Audit trail to a Dropbox folder. This streamlines document organization by keeping all your audit trail documents in one centralized location. In this integration, BoldSign serves as the trigger app, while Dropbox acts as the action app for storing and managing your documents.
Follow the steps below to save the completed document’s Audit trail to a Dropbox folder:
- Open the link Power Automate and create your account.
- In Power Automate, navigate to the
Connections
menu and add BoldSign as a connection.
- Once you have created the connection, click
Create
, navigate toMy flows
, and selectNew flow
to start building your workflow.
- A Designer page will open. Disable the
New designer
button.
- Select
BoldSign
as the trigger app.
- Then choose a Webhook event as
Completed
and click theNext step
button.
- On the action page, select BoldSign as the action app and click the
Download Audit trail
option.
- Map the document Id in the
Document ID
field then clickNew step
button.
- In the Operations section select
Dropbox
as the action app.
- Then click
Create file
as the action which will save the completed document’s Audit trail to your designated Dropbox folder.
- Sign in to your Dropbox account to create a connection.
- Configure the Dropbox action by filling details in the
Folder Path
,File Name
andFile Content
fields.
- Once done click the
Save
button. - You have successfully integrated BoldSign with Dropbox using Power Automate. Now, whenever a document is completed, the Audit trail document will automatically be added to the Dropbox folder.
